Registration

Registration is handled on the RFID Journal Live website. There are two options to attend IEEE RFID 2016: The All-Access Pass or IEEE RFID 2016 Conference Pass. All attendees get access to the trade show floor of RFID Journal Live! 2016, which will be going on concurrently with IEEE RFID 2016. You can also get the All-Access Pass for even more exposure to the RFID industry. You will be asked to select various pass options and seminar selections during the checkout process. If you have a promo code, you can enter it in the promo code box near the end of the registration process. Payment for online registrations can be made by credit card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express), company check, or bank wire transfer.

Registration Options

There are two options to attend IEEE RFID 2016: The All-Access Pass or IEEE RFID 2016 Conference Pass.

IEEE members: Be sure to check the box “I am an IEEE member. My IEEE membership number is: ____” and enter your IEEE number for discounts.

All-Access Pass

This pass includes all RFID Journal LIVE! preconference seminars and workshop, main conference, post-conference and full exhibit hall access, plus access to all sessions of the co-located events.

Authors of accepted papers, notes, and posters

Papers and Notes: To be published in the IEEE RFID 2016 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate, and must present the paper at the conference. Registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to two papers. Upon completion of a paid registration, an email message with the confirmation ID# will be sent to the registrant. This confirmation ID# must be entered into EDAS during the uploading process.

Posters: Each accepted poster must be posted in the display area and presented for discussion during the poster session. The poster presenter must be an author of the poster and that author must be registered for the conference based on their IEEE membership status: Member, Life/Retired/Student, or Non-Member. Once an author of an accepted paper has registered for the conference at the full member or non-member fee, it is not necessary to register again for one accepted poster.

IEEE Cancellation Policy – Cancellations on or prior to April 15, 2016, will incur a $100 administrative fee. Author registrations are nonrefundable. No refunds will be given after April 15, 2016. Cancellation fees cannot be applied toward credits for future events. All cancellations must be received in writing by email to LiveReg@rfidjournal.com.

Photography – Attendance at, or participation in, this conference constitutes consent to the use and distribution by IEEE of the attendee’s image or voice for informational, publicity, promotional and/or reporting purposes in print or electronic communications media. No flash photography will be used. Video recording by participants and other attendees during any portion of the conference is not allowed without special prior written permission of IEEE. Photographs of copyrighted PowerPoint or other slides are for personal use only and are not to be reproduced or distributed. Do not photograph any such images that are labeled as confidential and/or proprietary.
